UltraGuard has conducted fire tests at BRE Global in England, and is the first mobile extinguisher certified by LPCB to the LPS 1655 standard.

The plants have already saved many lives in the Nordic countries and in the UK, and are recognized by the fire authorities in the UK as an excellent method of allowing the vulnerable to maintain independence by being able to live more safely at home.

Innovative watermist system for personal protection against fire

Advanced water spray technology developed specifically for those who are most vulnerable to fire, as at home at elderly people or people disabilities. It is designed to provide adequate protection to those most exposed to fire due to reduced mobility or mental health. The development of the successful and highly effective UltraGuard mobile water mist unit is the result of a collaboration with fire advisers, British fire authorities and the British municipal health sector.

The unit is quickly activated by smoke detection, and the small water droplets control the fire and prevent further ignition. Upon activation, an alarm signal is sent to up to 4 phones or authorities. UltraGuard is not an option where authorities require a permanently installed automatic extinguisher, but a good option where a full automatic extinguisher is not feasible due to budget or architectural constraints.

An intelligent control panel monitors the environment and is associated with two smoke detectors, enabling the unit to quickly activate and limit the amount of damage caused by a fire. UltraGuard comes standard with a GSM dialer that can be programmed to alert up to four telephone numbers.
